I'm used to the moveable guide at the top of the cutter like my 12" had, at this price you would think it would have one, but it doesn't. Second, the finger guard can't be taken off. I used my old cutter for 7years and never cut myself. You could take that one off,... and this is just in the way. I do have a pair of bolt cutters though! Otherwise it's a great paper cutter.
